Trouble Shooting

No sound is heard from the

headphone.

Check whether the volume is set on “0” and connect the headphone plug firmly.

Check whether the headphone plug is dirty.

Corrupted MP3 may cause a static noise and the sound may be cut off. Make sure,

that the music files are not corrupted.

Characters in the display are

incorrect.

Check if the right language was selected.

Poor FM reception. Adjust the position of headphone and player.

Turn off the power of other electric devices near the player.

The headphones can be used as an antenna.

Download of music files fails. Check whether the USB-cable is damaged and if it is connected properly.

Check whether the driver was installed correctly.

Check whether the player’s memory is full.
